At APM Monaco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your jewelry, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Initiate Your Return

Log into your APM Monaco account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

Pack Your Jewelry

Carefully place the items in their original APM Monaco signature packaging and include the completed return form inside the shipping box.

Ship the Package

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
